You are kindly requested to take all necessary precaution fort he fallowing Producers, during your vessel alongside at our port. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
- Alongside place of the vessels at the low coded pier to be determined by the pilot.
- A watch-keeper should take duty by the gangway at all times.
- Any leakage of oil/oily or any other substance(s) which may cause pollution should not be allowed.
- Pumping out sludge, bilge water, dirty ballast water or disposing garbage to the sea are strictly prohibited.
- Scrapping and painted are strictly prohibited, during ship stay at berth or at anchorage.
- All shore ropes should be fasted.
- Any kind of hot work is prohibited on board. In case of need, a written permission should be taken from port management and carried out with protective measures against fire risk.
- In case of fire, take the immediate action and inform the Port management and/or Pilot Station on VHF Channel 12
- The vessel should be ready to live the berth at all times. Main Engine should not be overhauled or repaired during stay at port. In case of need, a written permission should be taken from the port management.
- Adequate crew should be ready on board for emergency situations.
- Captain has dully responsible for car/passenger operations. If any claims occur during car/passenger operation, this should be notified to the Port management immediately. No claims will be accepted after ship’s departure.
- You should inform to Port management with any bunkering operation during which all plugs should be closed on deck and all necessary precautions to prevent oil pollution should be taken.
- In accordance with ISPS Code, Ship Security Officer will be cooperated with Port Facilities Security Officer.
- In case of any loss and/or damaged which may occur due to non-conformity of above procedures, Authorized persons the vessel will be responsible.
